Workout & Wellness for men living with chronic illness

MEN’S CORE TRUTH
Saturdays weekly
10:30-11:30 am.
• $15/class - Drop In

Fulcrum Fitness (NE MLK nr Shaver)

A certified personal trainer will teach you simple, powerful weightlifting, aerobics & stretching weekly.

Once a month, Dr. Amy Johnson will lead a presentation on nutrition immediately following the fitness workout.

Both the exercise and nutrition programs of Core Truth are designed to help men build their immune systems & muscle mass while increasing energy & endurance and lowering blood sugar & cholesterol levels.

Routines will be tailored to your goals & abilities, and you’ll get support from a team of other men committed to improving their health & immune systems, packing on muscle mass, getting rid of stress, & eating well. 

 

CO-FACILITATORS:   Certified Personal Trainers Jon Guidone and David Levy will conduct all the fitness classes.  Jon has practiced a number of sports and is trained in massage.  Besides being a champion bodybuilder, David’s background includes training as a Rehabilitation Assistant and working with health practitioners & coaches.  Amy Johnson, RN and PhD, is currently studying in the Nutritional Excellence Institute of Dr. Joel Fuhrman.
